Information We Collect

We collect two types of data and information from Users:

   • Our team may access the property with advance notice for inspections, repairs, or tenant concerns.

3. Maintenance and Repairs

   • Routine maintenance is managed by us.

   • Repairs over a set limit require property owner approval.

4. Property Use

   • Properties are designated for approved residential or commercial use only.

   • Illegal activities or unauthorized alterations are prohibited.

5. Liability and Insurance

   • Property owners must maintain active homeowner insurance.

   • Shahbaz Brothers Property Management is not liable for accidents, injuries, or property loss.

6. Security Deposits and Damages

   • Security deposits comply with local laws.

   • Tenant damages are assessed and addressed appropriately.

7. Video Surveillance

   • Exterior areas may be monitored by 24/7 video surveillance.

8. Termination

   • Management agreements can be terminated with 30 days' written notice.

9. Local Restrictions

   • Properties associated with Illinois or Chicago I.D.s containing “606” zip codes may require additional review.

10. Governing Law

• These terms comply with Illinois state laws.
